Ten people, modern descendants of a race created before the Earth itself,  have been living their lives not knowing

EMERSON & LILY
Enter Emerson Brace, a stunningly gorgeous, hopelessly shy, sexually magnetic doorman at
the local for-women-only hot spot, The Naughty Beaver. While standing guard at the door
one fateful night, he spots Lily for the first time. Not only does time stand still, it finally
moves forward for him for the first time. Having seen her in his dreams since he was a boy,
he knows this meeting is not just a happy coincidence.  
Although Em's childhood was no walk in the park, he soon discovers
that Lily has a past that would bring Mother Theresa to her knees in
tears. After a heart rendering confession where she lays it all out
before him, he discovers, to his horror, one of the many gifts she is

When he is kidnapped shortly afterwards by thugs sent by his Mother, who is
interred in solitary at Pelican Bay State Penitentiary, he is told a wild,
unimaginable tale that places him and Lily along with his scattered siblings, the
Sanctus Animus, as the rightful heirs of the Lemurian throne. He is tasked with
finding them and completing an ancient ceremony called “The Joining in Blood
and Body.”
But how does he go about finding these people when he has never met them, has no idea
what they look like or where they are? All he has to go on is that they can be identified by
an unusual birthmark on their butt, have untapped psychic powers and must all participate
in the “Joining Ceremony” before their sadistic enemies kill them all.
Finally, just as it is beginning to look like the set of separated siblings
have a fighting chance to join together, for Lemuria to rise from it's
watery tomb and for each one to  fulfill their destiny as the rightful
heirs to a long forgotten land, the Atlantean Pro-Council sends in the
most deviant group of psychopaths to walk the face of the Earth hell
bent to destroy them.
